At the end of my life, Iran owns 25 countries, all of them use the Iranian currency, they respect Iranian and Iranian also respect them.                                                         

Khashayar sha, the successor to me, should try to keep these countries. The way to do this is not to interference in their internal affairs and respects their religion. At this time that I am leaving this world, you posses 12 "kurur" gold coins in the kingdom's treasury; always remember your kingdom is based on two main pillars which are sword and wealth. Always remember to increase and not decrease this wealth. I am not going to prevent you to use it in necessity, but return it at the first opportunity.                                                                                                                      

   Always try to your mother Atusa (the daughter of Kurosh). It's ten years I built grain stores in different regions of the country. These cylindrical stores are made of stones; I learned their construction method in Egypt. As these stores are made continuously, no insect will appear there grains stay there for years without going bad. Keep building these stores until having needs of 2-3 years of the country. Store the new crops of each year, and use the last year crops, in this way you will have no problem even with occurrence of 2-3 successive draught years.

Never appoint your friends or servants for important governmental jobs, being a friend of you is enough for them, if you appoint them and they tyrannize people you'll be unable to punish them, because you have to support your friends. The canal between Nile River and Red sea which I have already wanted to build is not finished yet. This canal is important from the point of view of trade and strategic, you have to finish it. The pay toll to pass it should not be so high so that ship captains prefer not to pass it.

        Now, I have sent an army to Egypt to discipline this Iranian province. I did not have a chance to send another army to Greece, that's what you have to do.

You have to make an attack to Greece with a strong army to show them that Iranian king is able to punish criminals.

I recommend you, do not thrust liars and fawners; both are enemy of the kingdom.

Never let tax inspectors to have power over public. In order to do this, I have established a tax low which reduces the contact between tax inspectors and public. If you keep this law, your people will have little contact with tax inspectors.

Always support God worship but don’t force any nation to accept your religion and always remember every person should feel free to obey any religion he wishes.

After my death, wash my body, and then wear me the shroud which you prepared for me. Put me in a stone coffin in a grave.

Do not close my grave, leave it open, so that you can enter it any time to wish to see my stone coffin and understand that I, your father, was a powerful king who powered 25 countries, finally died. You will die as me, because this is the fate of all human being even he is a king of 25 countries or ... .

Nobody stays in the world for ever; enter my grave at any opportunity to see my coffin. In this way you will not let pride and conceit to overcome you. But when you feel your death is soon, close my grave and make a will for your son to keep your grave open in order to be able to see your coffin of your body.

Never act as a Judge and claimant simultaneously. If you claim for something, accept as a disinterested judge and let him to investigate and vote, this is due to the fact that if a claimant acts as a Judge, he or she will oppress.
